"This document summarizes the results of a training initiative to equip health workers with the knowledge and skills to provide prevention of mother-to-child transmission and antiretroviral therapy services as part of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. The summary describes the outcome of training efforts from November 2003 to March 2005, and discusses challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations for future training and capacity building in Namibia."
